The results file
Once the routes have been calculated (see "Start automatic route calculation"), you have the option of downloading and viewing the results of the calculation as an Excel® file.
There are two procedures for this:
-
From the overview page in Tender+: The routes already calculated are displayed on the start page of the use case Tender+.
- Move the mouse pointer over the tile of the file you uploaded to calculate the routes. Three icons will appear.
- Click on the <Download calculation> icon.
- From the calculation summary: Immediately after calculating the routes, you will be shown a summary of the calculation process.
- Click here on the <Download Results> button
The results of the calculation are now downloaded as an Excel® file and made available in your download folder.
The results of the calculation are now downloaded as an Excel® file and made available in your download folder.
You can now open the downloaded file with Excel®.
Note: The results file contains more columns than those described in this section. Some of these columns do not contain any information,
-
because they will only be used by future functions or
-
because the information intended for these columns does not appear in your route calculations.
The results of the route calculation are displayed in the file in various worksheets.

This worksheet displays the status of the calculation for each route in columns A and B.
-
Column A contains the internal return value as a number.

Results
This worksheet provides you with an overview of each route:
-
the unique route ID
-
start and end point of the route according to the import file
For multi-stop routes, all lines with the same trip ID are combined into one line with start and destination. -
the driving and travel time
-
the distance of the route, the and distance of the toll section
-
due toll and special toll
-
costs of the route, e.g. fixed costs per route and day, stop costs, etc.
-
the total cost per route
-
emissions as CO2e (CO2 equivalent = CO2 * 1 + CH4 * 28 + N2O * 265)
-
fuel consumption (for combustion vehicles)
-
energy consumption (for electric vehicles)
-
the battery charge level at the start of the route and at the end of the route (for electric vehicles)
Toll per country
This worksheet provides you with a list of toll costs, special toll costs, and toll routes for each route. This information is displayed in separate columns for each country that is traveled through as part of a route.
Example: The calculated routes lead (in various combinations) through Germany, Spain, France, Croatia, and Slovenia. The “Toll per country” worksheet therefore contains
-
three columns for toll costs, special toll costs and toll distance with the abbreviation DE
-
three columns for toll costs, special toll costs and toll distance with the abbreviation ES
-
three columns for toll costs, special toll costs and toll distance with the abbreviation FR
-
three columns for toll costs, special toll costs, and toll distance with the abbreviation HR
-
three columns for toll costs, special toll costs, and toll distance with the abbreviation SI
If any of these routes do not pass through one of these countries, the cells for that country abbreviation remain empty in the corresponding row.
