Print route information

Note: The described functions are available in the Route Planning use case once a route has been calculated. Only the map can be printed in other use cases.
The route information and the map are processed as PDFs and displayed in your browser.

• Select Print in the title bar.

  The Print window opens.

• Choose settings that apply to the entire printout in the top area.

  Element	Description
  Format drop-down list	Select the format
  Route drop-down list	If alternative routes have been calculated, the route for which information should be printed can be selected here.
  Current date/time option	The date and time are inserted on every page if this option is activated.
  Page numbers option	Page numbers are inserted if this option is activated.
  Route name entry field	Enter a name for the route.

• In the navigator, select the elements to be printed or select All pages.

• If you wish to apply settings to the different entries, click on the corresponding element and apply the desired settings in the right-hand area.

  Element	Description
  Map	Enter a new name for the map header and any notes, if necessary
  Overview	Enter a new name for the route overview header and any notes, if necessary.   Print details on vehicle and route If this option is enabled, detailed information on the vehicle used and the route is printed.   Start area If this option is enabled, a map of the start area is printed to the specified width.   Destination area   If this option is enabled, a map of the destination area is printed to the specified width.
  	Enter a new name for the itinerary header and any notes, if necessary.
  	Enter a new name for the cost overview header and any notes, if necessary. Print details on special toll charges If this option is enabled, detailed information on the special toll routes to be travelled, such as the Mont Blanc tunnel in France, is printed. Also print the details on toll costs If this option is activated, detailed information on toll routes is printed. Print details on vehicle and route If this option is enabled, detailed information on the vehicle used and the route is printed.
