Settings for sent routes

Here you can find out which settings you can apply if you use the PTV Drive&Arrive service (see When will the goods arrive?).

Requirements

Under Specifications you can specify the language in which messages are sent to the driver and the customers. You can also enter the events for which messages should be sent.

Note: Changes in the specifications only apply after restarting the program.

 

• In the navigation tree, select the entry General > Specifications.

• Make the desired settings:

  Section	Element and description
  Language	Specify the language in which messages are sent to the driver and the customers.
  Sending messages	Specify when messages should be sent to the customers.
  Notifications	Specify the level of delay after which the route status should be shown in red.

 

Tip: If you wish to restore this window to factory settings, click Restore default.
