On the end device: Display and send device ID

 

• Open PTV Navigator on your end device.

• Open the Menu.

  

• Click on System.

  

• The Device ID is displayed in the Support area.

  

• Click on Device ID to send the device ID via email.

• When you see the Send device ID confirmation box, click OK.

• Select an email account and send the device ID to the required email address.
