Refresh sent route
In day-to-day business, changes may need to be made to a route which has already been sent to the driver.
Change send details
If you want to change the send details, for example if the customer provides a second email address, follow these steps:

Open the
Sent Routes use case.

Choose your desired route.
Tip: If you cannot find the route straight away, you can search for it. Enter your chosen search term above the list, such as the SCEM ID or a stop-off point along the route.

In the Change area in the toolbar, click on
Send details.
The Send route to driver window will open.
Note: Alternatively, you can call up the
Send details function from the context menu.

Make the desired changes.

If necessary, you can specify when the customer should be notified for each stop-off point.

Click on
Settings.
The Edited settings for <stop-off point> window opens.

Make the desired modifications

BCC | Enter another email address to which a copy of the information should be sent. |
When should messages be sent to the customer? |
Choose events about which the customer should receive information by email. |
Modifying stop-off points
You can change the stop-off points on a sent route, for example if an order has been cancelled.

Open the
Sent Routes use case.

Choose your desired route.

In the toolbar, click on
Change stop-off points.
The route is opened in the Route planning use case.
Note: Alternatively, you can call up the function from the context menu.

Make the desired changes.

Calculate the route.

Click on
Send to driver.
The updated route will be sent to the driver.
