The Administration Tool
Notes: The administration tool is a personal application which can only be activated with the required authorisations. Personal online help for the administration tool is available.
In the administration tool, you can manage users and their access rights.
If you have administrator rights, you can start the administration tool directly from PTV Map&Guide internet My Account > Administration tool.
The following user management features are available to you in the administration tool:
- Create user groups and assign different rights
- Assign users to a group
- Import users from a CSV file.
- Delete users
- Reset user passwords
- Change user statuses
- Change prefixes
